Howdy.

A few folks have asked about the next wallpaper in the Crimson Raptor series, and if I've abandoned the project. Well, the answer is a short and simple "No"

Unfortunately, I ran into some trouble a few weeks back, picking up some nasty mal-ware. After spending a few days watching my system coming apart at the seams, I decided to just reformat. As usual, backups of some of some of my 'key' stuff were made, then the rig was gutted, and I started from scratch. Since I like to do that once every year or so, I didn't mind it much. It was about time.

What did get to me was that after I got everything set up, I found myself with an OS that was just a bit buggy, to say the least. Then I installed my backups, and ~BOOM!~ I was back in the crapper with the same mess that started the whole thing.

Sooooo.... Two days later, I had to RE-reformat. This time I took my time, and got my system set u the way I wanted it, and I added a little gem of a program called 'Acronis'. The old backup file was still sitting around, and the one thing I absolutely needed to get my hands on was my Poser content.

A few days ago, I decided it was time, and I did a full Acronis backup, then yesterday I restored just my Poser stuff. Fortunately, everything went smoothly enough, and after a month or so, I'm back in the game.

I am still out all of the half finished stuff I had tucked away, so I'll be starting over on my next wallpaper. To those who asked, thanks for the interest. I ask that you bear with me for a bit longer, and I should have some new stuff in no time at all.
